Work Undertaken

After mechanically preparing the substrate Gripmaster Primer was applied, followed by installation of the Gripmaster Resin coat at 2mm that was fully broadcast with pigmented quartz measuring 0.7-1.2 in size. Once the loose quartz was swept and collected, two coats of MMA Sealer were added.

Challenges

In order to minimise disruption to the loading bay, the hotel required a quick turnaround. Consequently, our installation team commenced work at 10pm and toiled through the night to complete the task.

Outcome

Rapid curing meant the floor was ready to resume operations and begin receiving deliveries at 5am the next morning.
